Yes. You can work with me online, or choose walking coaching in Greenwich Park. You don’t need a fixed plan to start. Many clients arrive unsure. Coaching helps you work out what matters, what you want to move towards and what might be getting in the way. We take it step by step.

Confidentiality is central to my practice. What you share is kept private, except in rare situations where I’m legally required to act to ensure safety. I explain these boundaries clearly at the start so you feel informed and supported.

I work with people from all sectors — public, private and non‑profit — who want to make a change, develop in their role or explore their next step.
I also support people returning to work after time away, including caring responsibilities or other breaks. This is often funded by their organisation as part of learning and development or wider workforce support.
