About me
I support clients through career transitions, progression, and professional development, helping people shape working lives that feel purposeful and sustainable. My coaching approach is holistic and person‑centred: I create a reflective, supportive space where clients can think clearly, explore options, and set meaningful goals. I’m licensed to use a wide range of validated career assessments covering work preferences, leadership strengths, skills, decision‑making, interpersonal styles, and 360‑degree feedback. These tools help clients gain reliable insights and build practical, grounded career plans.
I hold a Master’s in Career Coaching from University College London, where I studied career theory, occupational psychology, and coaching practice, graduating with distinction. I’m registered with the Career Development Institute (CDI), the UK’s professional body for career coaches. Staying on this register means I commit to ongoing training, uphold the CDI’s Code of Ethics, and keep up to date with the latest policy and best practice. For clients, this offers reassurance that you’re working with someone who has the right qualifications to support a wide range of career development challenges, providing a high‑quality, ethical experience.
Alongside my coaching practice, I bring experience from a 20‑year career in government, working in employment and skills research and policy. Staying closely connected to current labour market trends, emerging sectors, and the pathways available to new graduates, apprentices, and those looking to move into a new field means my clients benefit from clear, up‑to‑date insight into how different industries are evolving and what steps can support a successful transition.
