I offer a bespoke coaching service tailored to your needs. Together, we use reflective conversations, structured thinking time and a range of exercises to build self‑awareness, support problem‑solving and help you plan your next steps.
Career coaching works best as a series of discussions. I typically recommend between three and six sessions to give you the time and space to explore your goals, agree our coaching objectives and shape sessions that feel meaningful and relevant to you.
By the end of our work together, you will leave with a clear, practical plan to guide your next steps after coaching concludes.

I live just a short walk from Greenwich Park, and I offer local, in‑person coaching sessions that make the most of the park’s space and calm.
We meet at the main entrance before heading into a 75‑minute walking session through the park — the same length as an online session. The pace is relaxed, and the focus stays on your goals, insights and reflections. Many people choose to include one or two walks within a three‑ or six‑session programme for variety and balance.
There’s a growing body of evidence highlighting the benefits of coaching outdoors, including reduced stress and a sense of perspective that helps you see your situation in a new way.

Many of my clients are navigating change — stepping into a new role, reassessing their path, or wanting to make more intentional choices about their future. A coaching session gives you focused time to work on your career objectives. This includes:
Reflective conversations to help you explore your direction
A structured and supportive space to make sense of your next steps
Discussing your feedback from any exercises, questionnaires or career‑planning tools you’ve completed between sessions
Exercises may focus on identifying your strengths, skills and values, helping you understand what drives you and what you need to thrive at work.

My fees are £120.00 for a 75‑minute session, payable in advance by bank transfer.
If you are unable to attend your session or need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.
If finances are a barrier at the moment, I offer a limited number of reduced‑rate places. Please contact me to discuss.
The client or coach may discontinue the coaching relationship at any time.

I offer a free 20‑minute Discovery Call. This is your opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for whether coaching with me is the right fit.
During this short conversation, I’ll outline what career coaching involves, talk you through my contract and fees, and answer anything you’d like to know. By the end of the call, you’ll have a clear sense of what to expect — with absolutely no obligation to continue.
If you’d like to book a Discovery Call, simply share your availability and I will set up an online meeting.
If we decide to work together, I will share a contract for us to finalise and sign. The contract sets out our agreed coaching objectives, how and when we meet, and key information about confidentiality.
